Family Gardening Workshop–Viva Salsa Garden at SABOT

In this hands-on workshop at the San Antonio Botanical Garden, families will plant their own container garden with the essential flavors for making delicious salsa. Workshop participants will learn how to care for their plants, harvest them, and other uses for the ingredients.
Each garden kit includes a planter, soil, 1 cilantro plant, 2 pepper plants, and 1 tomato plant.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Contact arussell@sabot.org with questions.
Fee: $35 adult ($30 member adult) with 1 activity kit (required); $13 per child ($10 member child), $15 per additional adult ($10 additional member adult); additional activity kits are available for $20. Registration deadline is time of event.
