Gourmet Mushroom Cultivation–San Antonio

Join the Central Texas Mycological Society at the Mitchell Lake Audubon Center to learn how to grow gourmet, culinary mushrooms. This presentation by Dewayne Goss is perfect for beginners or those who would like to really dial in their at home mushroom production. Dewayne will also give tips on how to use spent mushroom substrate to feed the soil in the garden.
