Plantastic Vegetable Gardening Seminar in Fredericksburg

$40Join the Gillespie County AgriLife Extension Office for the 6th Annual Plantastic Vegetable Gardening Seminar on February 23.
Special guest speaker Dr. Joe Masabni will present on organic gardening and hydroponics.
Breakout session topics include Growing Herbs, Raising Your Own Tomatoes, The Permaculture Ecosystem, Growing Alliums: Onions, Garlic & More!, Good Bugs & Troublemakers. New this year is a 30-minute lightning round where you get to choose between “Gardening Disasters”, Vegetables for Heat”, or “Conserving Water in Vegetable Gardens”. Test your vegetable identification knowledge at the seedling table.
Door prizes will be drawn at the end.
Cost: $40 with lunch, $30 without lunch pre-registration, $30 day-of-program registration without lunch. Credit Cards are not accepted.
