Summertime Planting and Lawn / Landscape Preparation

Fanick’s Garden Center in San Antonio will host a free seminar by David Rodriguez from the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service. He will share his knowledge on lawns and landscapes, talking about selecting the right plants for the summer and how to maintain them.

The focus will be on Texas Superstar plants, the use of compost and fertilizers, irrigation, and general care to beat the summer heat.

Please arrive early for best seating and dress for the weather as this will be held outside under a covered building.
