6:00 Speaker: Eleni Petitsas, Comal County Extension Agent — horticulture. Petitsas has a bachelor of science in horticulture from Texas A&M University, experience in Texas viticulture (including at Grape Creek Vineyards), work with research vineyards, and prior roles supporting agricultural programs at nonprofit and community organizations. Her focus is horticultural education, environmental stewardship, resiliency, and community outreach in Comal County.
