Youth Education

In Youth Gardening by nance.cheryl

The Comal Master Gardeners’ (CMG) Youth Education Program supports school and community garden programs throughout Comal County. In partnership with Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Health and Youth Development County Agents, CMG volunteers provide training, educational curriculum, and ongoing support to help young people learn and grow through gardening.

Through hands-on gardening activities, classroom instruction using the Junior Master Gardener curriculum, and community educational events, Comal Master Gardeners share their horticultural knowledge and inspire the next generation of gardeners and environmental stewards.
